Hon. Colonial Secretary.

Craigieburn was built for and used as a

Hotel, and contains upwards of 20 available rooms, Sir William

Robinson used 4 entertaining rooms and 3 bed rooms.

The Cliffs has two sitting rooms and four

bed rooms. The cost of adding six more rooms to The Cliffs

would be about $12,000, but such additions would not be fit

for use for 12 months after work was commenced.
